PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, MANAGER | PHYSICIAN SERVICES | FULL-TIME FLEXIBLE SHIFTS (25504)

The Physician Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall operational management, supervision, and professional development of the Physician Assistant (PA) team. This position provides leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care while supporting departmental goals, provider productivity, regulatory compliance, and organizational initiatives. The Physician Assistant Manager collaborates closely with physician leadership, nursing, Human Resources, Medical Staff Services, and other interdisciplinary departments to optimize provider operations, staffing, and patient outcomes. This position reports directly to the Medical Director with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
