Recruiting Sourcer

The Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities at Edgewater Federal Solutions. This position supports the Corporate Recruiting team by using proactive sourcing methods, applicant tracking system tools, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources to develop candidate pools for technical and professional services positions.
