Job Title: Part-Time Residential Leasing Consultant Department: Capano Residential Reports To: Property Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt Compensation: $17 - $24 Hourly (based on experience) + Commission Hours: Weekends 10-4pm and Some Weekdays 9am-7pm Location: Milford, DE & Camden, DE Leasing Consultants are the first impression to potential and current residents. Their primary responsibilities are to ensure the satisfaction of our residents while also meeting leasing, retention and community occupancy goals. Capano Residential Leasing Consultants have excellent communication skills, think outside the box and have the ability to build lasting relationships.
