Director, Strategic Projects

Barnes Aerospace is seeking a hands-on, progressive leader to join it team as Director, Strategic Projects to support our growth and consistently delivering on our commitments across the sites. As a key member of the Americas leadership team, the right candidate should have a proven track record of providing leadership and expertise in driving the company’s capital appropriation process and supporting GMs in getting the right capital into their shops in a timely manner; leading a portfolio of strategic projects that may include part transfers, Syteline upgrades, and effectively managing other key project to support operational execution.
