The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will help lead advertising strategy and execution across Paid Search accounts. This role focuses on driving technical excellence for PPC, while passing on your knowledge to our group of Executives. You will report to an Account Director and this is an exciting opportunity to help grow the department within the agency, allowing you to contribute to its performance and culture. Requirements What We're Looking For Proven commercial experience in paid search advertising Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (£200K - £1M monthly) Demonstrated experience with data analysis and recommendations Proven track record of mentoring and developing early career team members Outstanding client communication skills: managing competing priorities, challenging decisions where necessary and influencing outcomes Effective prioritisation of tasks and delegation of responsibilities to team members, while considering the commercial impact of a project Ability to organise client teams of 2+ individuals, establishing processes for day-to-day account management Personal Qualities Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset Innovation-driven approach to problem-solving Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Empathic mentor for early career team members Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial acumen Fascinated by the intersection of marketing and technology Adaptable and eager to trial new technologies and methodologies Job responsibilities Team organisation of account teams of 2 - 6 individuals, ensuring delivery and execution to a high standard across the team Pastoral care of 2+ Executives: Establishing a career development plan with clear goals, tailored to each individual Key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, ideation and ownership of strategic client meetings Accountability for advanced changes in accounts, ensuring that team members are aware of what actions are being taken and why Decision maker on advanced tests and experiments, ensuring that analysis & delivery are to the agency standard Interview Process Our interview process looks something like this: Initial call: a conversation with one of the team to understand your experience and why you're looking to apply. Technical interview: a competency-based interview exploring paid search strategy and execution, with a Media Director and a Paid Search team member. Cultural interview: a final stage, usually with our Head of Paid Search.
