Program Specialist- Youth In Governement (YIG) Program- Walnut YMCA Family Location

The Youth in Government Specialist is responsible for implementing and delivering the YMCA Youth in Government (YIG) program throughout Delaware by engaging middle and high school participants in experiential civic education and leadership development. This position facilitates curriculum, workshops, leadership activities, and preparation for the annual Model Legislative and Judicial Conference while fostering civic responsibility, public speaking, critical thinking, collaboration, and ethical leadership. Shift: Flexible various days (up to 4 hours per week)
