Sales Manager - Manufacturing & Agriculture Equipment Finance

Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager - Manufacturing & Agriculture Equipment Finance based in United States. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth across the manufacturing and agriculture equipment finance markets. You will lead and develop a sales team focused on building new vendor and manufacturer relationships while expanding existing partnerships. The position combines people leadership, strategic sales management, relationship development, and hands-on equipment finance expertise. You will help shape sales goals, funding strategies, customized financing programs, and long-term customer and referral relationships. The role offers significant interaction with vendors, manufacturers, dealers, prospects, internal teams, and industry partners. Success requires a commercially minded leader who can coach teams, identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple priorities. This is a remote, connected-work environment with light travel, including occasional overnight stays.
