Intro/Program Description: Goddard Riverside is a well-established Manhattan community-based agency with an annual operating budget of approximately $ 50 million. Goddard Riverside is one of New York City’s leading human service organizations meeting the basic needs of children, youth and families, homeless people, and older adults across Manhattan and New York City. Purpose of Position: We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Porter to join our Supportive Housing team. The porter is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained supportive housing residence, consisting of more than 50 residential units for adults, including individuals with mobility impairments. Schedule: Monday – Friday, Saturday (May require occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs), 9:00am-5:00pm & 10:00am-6:00pm Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm Hourly Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
