The Role
The Director of Quality leads GTI’s quality assurance and quality control function across the company’s multi-state cultivation, manufacturing, and production network. Operating in a highly regulated industry, the Director builds a culture of quality, food-safety, sanitation and compliance excellence – partnering across Cultivation, Extraction & Formulation, Production, Supply Chain, and Compliance to embed quality into everyday operations, proactively prevent defects, and drive continuous improvement. This role includes both direct and indirect people management and leadership responsibilities.
The position requires up to 50% travel across the US.

Nonconformance, CAPA & Complaint Management
- Own the nonconformance record (NCR) and out-of-specification (OOS) process end to end across the network.
- Lead root-cause analysis and develop, implement, and verify effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
