Deployment & Support Engineer – Telecom Systems

Your Role: We are hiring a Deployment & Support Engineer – Telecom Systems, open to early-career professionals or more experienced engineers who want to work on real-world RAN deployments and internal network infrastructure. In this role, you’ll join our deployment team, helping to install and configure systems for customers, conduct testing, support on-site integration, and assist with internal IT infrastructure such as routers, switches, and lab environments. Responsibilities Participate in 5G RAN system deployment – software installation, configuration, integration, and startup. Assist with lab setups and system preparation for customer deliveries. Work closely with the engineering team to test and verify hardware/software components. Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers. Help configure and maintain internal network infrastructure – routers, switches, firewalls. Create and maintain documentation for deployments and system procedures. Occasionally support on-site deployments with customers worldwide.
