Job Purpose: - The Senior Manager, R&D Continuous Improvement at TULKOFF FOOD PRODUCTS LLC is responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement initiatives within the Research and Development department. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage continuous improvement projects within the R&D department to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and innovation. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize R&D processes and workflows. - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organization. - Provide leadership and guidance to R&D staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. - Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. - Prepare and present reports on improvement initiatives and their impact on the organization to senior management. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards in all R&D activities. - Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing R&D team focused on continuous improvement.
