Cobalt TN Upholstery Technician

Job Title: Tacker Department: Upholstery Reports To: Department Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Summary Installs pre-sewn skins over foamed plastic and/or fiberglass substrates creating finished interior components to be installed in Cobalt Boats. (ie. leanbacks, cushions, side panels, hatches, driver seats, and motor boxes) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read and interpret schedule for daily production requirements. Inspect and trim pre-sewn skins. Stretch sewn skin to fit geometric part; staple and/or glue vinyl and carpet to part meeting quality standards set by Cobalt. Perform standard housekeeping duties throughout the day. Perform in accordance with Cobalt’s safety policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned as required
