Customer Success Manager, Demand Facilitation

About the Role:

PubMatic is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Demand Facilitation to help develop our CTV and Data/Commerce Media business. We seek an individual with deep programmatic video experience and a strong understanding of the Data Curation and Commerce Media landscape.

Areas of focus will include analytical support of business trends and growth across all regions to identify growth opportunities, assisting teams in garnering demand for new and existing offerings leveraging PubMatic’s CTV and Commerce Media Partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Work across supply and demand teams to facilitate deals that exceed revenue and business goals.

• Support the business strategy for our CTV and omni-channel monetization solutions based on market opportunity, customer needs, our product capabilities, and competitive differentiation.

• Identify areas of growth and unique opportunities based on existing partnerships with Data and Commerce Media Providers

• Work closely with finance and analytics to closely track trends and development of programmatic video spend

• Support the Global Ad Solutions teams in positioning PubMatic as the preferred supply source for CTV and Commerce Media to agencies, advertisers, and DSPs
