Job Summary

The Manager, Key Account is responsible for managing strategic client relationships and overseeing project opportunities from initial identification through award or closeout. Operating under the seller/doer model, this role serves as the primary point of contact for clients within their assigned region and industry sectors. The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with estimating, operations, business development, and marketing teams to deliver client-focused proposals and achieve regional and corporate sales goals.

This position requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure that client needs are met through proactive engagement and seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead client contact for assigned key accounts and project opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, and industry partners.
  • Identify project opportunities through research, networking, and collaboration with business development and marketing teams.
  • Own and manage the opportunity lifecycle from project identification through bid, award, and closeout using Salesforce CRM. </
