Job Summary:

As a commercial Data Analyst at Impiricus, you will play a vital role in driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, supporting client-facing teams with actionable insights. This position combines analytical expertise with business acumen to deliver valuable insights that enhance our client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear business narratives that support commercial strategy and client success.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.

Commercial Analytics

  • Partner with Client Services and Sales to provide analytical support for client conversations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and commercial initiatives.
  • Analyze cross-campaign and cross-brand performance to uncover insights that inform business development and growth strategies.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources to generate recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Build, validate, and optimize target lists while ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Create impactful visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous process improvements.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, decision science, or a related analytical role in a consulting or agency setting.
  • Solid experience using data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to understand and interpret complex queries, joins, and analytical outputs.
  • Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, workflow automation, or modern productivity tools that enhance reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Healthcare, health-tech, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000.
