Payment & Fraud Analyst

As part of JACK Entertainment's digital sportsbook division, betJACK, the Payments and Fraud Prevention team is based out of JACK Cleveland Casino. Reporting to the Payments and Fraud Manager, the Analyst is responsible for ensuring every player transaction is secure, efficient, and frictionless. This role monitors payment activity, investigates potential fraud, and supports the successful processing of deposits and withdrawals across a variety of payment methods. Through proactive risk management and continuous process improvement, the Analyst helps protect the business while delivering a best-in-class player payment experience.
