Care Coordinator

Assure Resident Care Services are provided in compliance with Victorian Senior Care Policy, DMA Clinical Coverage Policy 3L and NC DHSR Licensure requirements. Have a working knowledge of Adult Care Home Policies and Procedures and NC DHSR requirement for the operation of an Adult Care Home. Reports to the Executive Director/Administrator. *Pay based on experience. #wearehiring
