This is a senior-level role for technicians who want more autonomy, influence, and long-term career growth — not just another wrench-turning job. 🔍 Role Snapshot Experience: 5+ years (forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel, or industrial) Focus: Electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, advanced troubleshooting Schedule: Full-time, field-based Territory: Local service area Vehicle: Company van (take home) Equipment: Company van, tablet, fuel card Travel Time: 100% paid Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair forklifts & material handling equipment Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, sensors, controllers & motors Perform hydraulic repairs (hoses, pumps, valves, cylinders) Conduct & complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations 📈 This Role Is Ideal If You: Are trusted with the hardest diagnostics Enjoy working independently in the field Want to mentor and raise the bar for other techs Are looking for long-term stability + advancement This role is NOT entry-level.
