Mental Health Clinician

The Mental Health Clinician provides clinical and support to the residents of the Bud Clark Commons (BCC). The BCC Case Management Team provides and coordinates a wide range of supportive and therapeutic behavioral health interventions for adults with physical illness, severe mental illnesses and active substance use who are living in the BCC. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with pre-contemplation or ambivalence regarding a broad range of care needs. The clinical team is onsite at Bud Clark Commons and works in close collaboration with BCC Home Forward staff. This role is responsible for assertive engagement as needed for clinical care. This position has access to mental health billing and service records.
