Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Plan, Employee Assistance Program Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, and Vacation Key Retail Merchandiser Job Responsibilities Schedule: Part Time , 5 days/week, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday 6AM - 12PM Merchandising & Product Care: Maintain attractive, well-stocked produce displays by rotating product, removing unsellable items, and ensuring freshness and quality standards are met. Retail Strategy Execution: Implement retail sales and merchandising strategies to support product movement and promotional programs. Sales Analysis: Research and analyze store demographics, competition, and sales trends, within the produce department. Category Management: Evaluate product mix, promotional effectiveness, and merchandising programs to maximize sales volume. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Buying and Sales teams to develop and execute weekly promotions. Store Support & Organization: Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Administrative & Team Participation: Attend meetings, follow company policies and procedures, provide updates to supervisors, and perform other duties as assigned.
