Shift Leader - Christiana

Job Summary: The Shift Leader is responsible for guiding and participating in all day to day operations of the restaurant. The Shift Leader supports all team members during the shift. Responsibilities include training and motivating team members, leading and delegating tasks, and opening and closing the store. The Shift Leader provides quality customer service and works to resolve customer issues. The Shift Leader oversees cleaning of equipment and facilities, and maintains Seasons Pizza’s standards for high quality, fresh ingredients and accurate/correct orders.
