We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Technical Solutions Advisor who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and helping users feel confident with their quilting equipment. As a local Technical Solutions Advisor, you’ll be a trusted problem-solver for customers and field teams, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues with longarm machines, robotic quilting systems, sewing machines, and accessories. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with calm, clear customer guidance, helping reduce downtime, ease frustration, and create a positive support experience. Key Responsibilities: Support troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, software, and electrical issues. Guide field technicians through routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, timing adjustments, and part replacements. Assist Fulfillment Teams as needed to complete orders. Maintain accurate incident records, communicate repair needs, and coordinate warranty replacements. Collaborate with the Repairs Team to ensure customer repairs are completed on schedule. Assist production personnel and customers with machine operation issues and provide basic training as needed. Explain technical information clearly to users with varying levels of experience. Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when supporting frustrated or stressed customers. Ensure all work follows company procedures and industry standards.
