Site Engineer – Residential High-Rise Projects

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with hands-on exposure to residential high-rise construction projects. The role focuses on site execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution for residential high-rise buildings. Monitor RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting Oversee finishing works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and waterproofing Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors on site Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material usage, and manpower details Requirements 3–8 years of relevant experience in residential projects Strong practical knowledge of RCC and finishing works Ability to understand structural and architectural drawings Familiarity with site quality checks and safety norms
