A result-oriented innovative thinker with an extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Someone who can lead and direct the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude and be involved in the profitability of the category. You will - Manage Category Leaders and Associate Category Leaders and ensure that they are handling the assigned categories efficiently Contact and convert exceptional educators in the assigned categories Ensure the minimum growth expectation of the categories handled are met Manage Unacademy’s on-boarding process of new educators in order to ensure a seamless transition to the day-to-day activity pipeline Lead and effectively manage the projects end-to-end Serve as the lead point of contact for all educators and be involved in cold calling the prospective leads Build strong relationships with educators through effective interpersonal skills, develop plans and strategies for developing sales organisation and achieving the company’s revenue goals Your Professional Profile - Should have 4+ years of experience Should have handled team Should have involved in the profitability of the category of a business line Plus Points - A driven and visionary leader who leads by example Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up Education market knowledge Multi-disciplinary, always-learning mindset Experience in working in a collaborative team
