Corporate Banking Associate - Investment Real Estate

The Corporate Banking Associate will work with an existing, highly successful Investment Real Estate Team responsible for new business development, relationship management of new and existing Investment Real Estate clients and portfolio administration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and reviewing analysis packages for new Investment Real Estate loan opportunities for both existing and new clients, assist managing and administering a portfolio of existing Investment Real Estate client relationships, preparing and presenting modification requests, Annual Reviews of existing and new client relationships, detailed analysis of Investment Real Estate property types and market conditions and any other presentations related to IRE loan opportunities.
