About the Opportunity

We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming controls engineering opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.

• Junior Controls Engineer (0–3 years)
• Controls Engineer (3–6 years)
• Senior Controls Engineer (6–10 years)
• Staff/Principal Controls Engineer (10+ years)

What You Might Work On

• PLC programming and controls system design
• HMI/SCADA development and integration
• Automation system commissioning and troubleshooting
• Motion control, robotics, and process control systems
• Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and systems engineering teams

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
• Experience with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) and HMI/SCADA tools
• Familiarity with industrial automation and safety standards
• Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading controls programs
