How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Respond to all tickets in the system in a timely manner, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution.

• Escalate issues that fall outside your scope of expertise to Senior Administrators as needed.

• Assist employees in maintaining a high level of satisfaction through professional and reliable IT service.

• Perform general IT-related tasks, including onboarding new hires, diagnosing and repairing end-user devices, and managing IT service requests.

• Utilize standard corporate tools to document change and problem management activities for tracking and reporting purposes.

Who you are:

• Advanced troubleshooting

• Knowledge of IT security practices

• ⁠Proficiency in English and Excellent communication skills
