Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Summary: The Assembler’s core responsibility is to weigh, fill and calibrate solid phase extraction columns. Responsibilities: Insert polyethylene disks (frits) into tubes Learn, use care and adjustment of simple powder filling device (trigger operated) Fill tubes with powder according to job order Inspect tubes for quality acceptance Label and package tubes for shipping Keep detailed records of production, inspection and shipments Cut polyethylene disks (frits) using due and hammer Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities: Work independently but recognize when help is needed.
