This role provides exceptional guest service in a fast-paced airport dining environment by warmly greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering meals promptly while meeting established service standards. Knowledgeably explains and suggestively sells menu items and promotions, verifies identification for alcohol service, and ensures guest satisfaction through attentive follow-up. Maintains cleanliness of tables and service areas, follows food safety and hygiene practices, and accurately handles cash and payment transactions. Adheres to safety procedures, completes opening and closing duties, and supports team operations as needed.
