Program Manager Community Centers

POSITION SUMMARY: POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager for Community Centers will work directly with and report to the Director of Community Impact to oversee and implement a variety of community center programs and activities for community members of all ages in the Blossom Valley/Gilroy/South County areas and across the CCSCC network. This role is key in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning environment by monitoring facilities and ensuring compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations. The Program Manager will lead and develop staff, ensuring every community member feels valued, supported, and connected to available resources and services.
