Parts & Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities/Job Duties: Receives, distributes, and stores products in designated, secure locations. Processes customer orders and transactions within the Epicor software system. Assists customers with parts inquiries, product availability, pricing, and order status. Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped, including transaction dates, locations, and other pertinent information. Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy and verifies accompanying documentation. Confirms shipping details and special instructions; expedites shipments that affect customer needs or manufacturing schedules. Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and customers. Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods manually and/or using hand trucks and skids. Resolves issues with vendors, carriers, and contractors when problems arise. Validates, approves, and forwards invoices to the accounting department. Maintains accurate inventory records and assists with cycle counts and inventory management activities. Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
