Director of Community Relations and Foundation - Full Time - Days

Position Summary: Under the leadership of the President & CEO, the Director of Community Relations & Foundation is responsible for developing and leading the organization's community engagement, philanthropic initiatives, fundraising strategies, and public relations efforts. This leader builds strong relationships with donors, community organizations, corporate partners, physicians, volunteers, board members, and internal stakeholders to advance the hospital's mission, improve community health, and support organizational growth through charitable giving. Develop and execute strategies to increase participation in the Georgia HEART Program, ensuring annual contribution goals are met through donor engagement, marketing, and community partnerships.
