1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 The purpose of this procedure is to define the authorities, responsibilities, principle duties, reporting relationships, and measures of performance for the Journeyman for Raven Mechanical. 2.0 FUNCTIONAL ROLE 2.1 To perform the day-to-day activities of the project while achieving lowest cost, adequate schedule, high quality and safety goals set by the Foreman or Plumbing Lead.
