Manager, Operations

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day execution of manufacturing operations at the Singapore site, leading both Production and Maintenance teams. This role ensures strong coordination between functions to deliver consistent performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Serving as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, the Operations Manager translates site priorities into disciplined execution on the floor while strengthening systems, processes, and team capability. Success in this role requires hands-on operational leadership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to build sustainable performance through people and processes—not individual effort.
