Essential Functions Order Execution & Accuracy (Mission-Critical) Process and enter customer orders quickly and with near-zero error tolerance. Verify product availability, pack specifications, and shipping instructions before release. Manage tight timelines—ensuring all orders are processed within 24 hours or faster. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact fulfillment. Logistics Coordination (Time-Sensitive Execution) Work directly with carriers, brokers, and dispatchers to keep shipments on track. Anticipate delays and make real-time adjustments to protect delivery commitments. Customer Communication (High Accountability) Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers. Provide fast, accurate updates on orders, inventory, and delivery timelines. Handle issues, complaints, or quality concerns with ownership and urgency. Build trust through consistent, professional, and solution-oriented communication. Cross-Functional Coordination (Operational Alignment) Work closely with sales, production, warehouse, and QA teams daily. Align order schedules with packing capacity and inventory constraints. Resolve issues quickly to prevent bottlenecks in fulfillment. Maintain accurate data for traceability, audits, and reporting.
