Position Title: Executive Department: Production Upstream (Fractionation) Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Vemgal, Kolar About Plasmagen Biosciences Plasmagen Biosciences is a leading Biopharmaceutical company focused on plasma‑derived therapeutics and advanced biologics manufacturing. Role Overview Responsible for carrying out fermentation and cell culture operations for bacterial and yeast processes. The role involves operating bioreactors, monitoring critical parameters, and ensuring GMP-compliant production. Key Responsibilities Upstream Processing (Fractionation & Fermentation) Assist in executing bacterial and yeast fermentation processes as per SOPs. Support plasma fractionation using standard protocols. Operate or assist with USP equipment such as: Centrifuges Filter Press Units Bioreactors/Fermenters Perform CIP & SIP operations under supervision. Monitor and learn process automation tools like SCADA/DCS. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards. Requirements Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of USP (training provided). Interest in working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Strong learning capability and willingness to work hands‑on. Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Qualifications M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology.
