Relief Supervisor (Biospringer)

The primary purpose of the Relief Supervisor is to cover for Production Supervisors in their absence and to support the Production Manager and Superintendents in overseeing production in the plant. This individual will work with the Production Supervisors to help support operations as needed. Reports directly to the Production Manager, but may also receive work directions or assignments from other management personnel as required by company needs. This position will also assist with training for new supervisors and will be assigned special projects related to plant productivity and efficiency.
