TRADES TECH II

Under administrative direction, the purpose of the position is to perform administrative and supervisory work in the planning, organization, coordination, and direction of school district maintenance, repair and construction activities associated with one (1) or more of the craft civil or mechanical trades. Such areas include, but are not limited to, HVAC, carpentry, painting, electrical, asphalt and concrete, refrigerant recovery and recycling, roofing, pest control, horticulture, property control, metal fabrication, and communication systems. The classification is distinguished from that of Technician I by the advanced degree of technical knowledge and skills applied to the work.
