Key Responsibilities As a Senior ORS Agent (Compliance Agent III), you will play a critical role in our office's success by managing complex casework and guiding team operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Financial Accuracy: Determining correct debt balances and executing precise accounting adjustments. Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring strict compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and internal agency guidelines. Issue Resolution: Researching and responding to complex inquiries or complaints, explaining policies clearly, and facilitating fair resolutions. Information Gathering: Conducting targeted interviews to gather or clarify critical case information. Asset Location: Investigating public and private records to locate assets, income, and employment sources. Order Management: Reviewing, verifying, and officially loading administrative and judicial orders into the system.
