Job Purpose: - The Parts Counter Salesperson supports Ron Marhofer Auto Family's fixed operations by assisting customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts orders—from lookup and quoting to invoicing and delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist retail customers, technicians, and wholesale clients with parts orders. - Look up parts and provide accurate quotes to customers. - Process invoices, returns, and warranty claims efficiently. - Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and maintain inventory accuracy. - Deliver excellent customer service consistently to all clients. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations. - Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
