The Job Coach supports individuals in the following areas: choice-making, community presence, competence building, relationship and social network building, daily living skills and self-determination. The Job Coach assists individuals in exploring and contributing to their community. The Job Coach assists individuals in acquiring the skills necessary to maintain employment through providing on-the-job support to the individual and the employer as needed.
