Are you a hands-on electrical leader who thrives on building high-quality projects and leading teams in the field? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Electrical Superintendent to take ownership of on-site operations and ensure our commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on the jobsite—coordinating crews, solving problems in real time, and keeping projects moving. What You’ll Do
• Lead, supervise, and schedule daily electrical field activities.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, state, local codes, and our high safety standards.
• Manage and mentor electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Partner closely with PMs and other trade superintendents to coordinate workflow and resolve field issues.
• Monitor progress, materials, and labor to maintain productivity and budget.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce OSHA and company protocols.
• Identify potential delays or change orders and address them proactively.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress tracking, and inspection documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, engineers, and internal teams.
What You Bring
Required:
• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License + reliable transportation
• Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician (JMAN) license
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional and neat appearance
Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety codes
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
• Experience using construction technology such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Bluebeam
Leadership & Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and team-building skills
