Barback Job Description at Rosie's Bar and Grill Rosie's Bar and Grill, a popular casual full-service restaurant in Wilton Manors, is seeking experienced Barbacks to join our team. As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient service.
