In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time flights while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures. What You’ll Do Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations Help ensure safe operation of cargo aircraft during takeoff, flight, and landing Conduct pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft readiness Monitor weather conditions and support flight planning decisions Communicate with Flight Followers, crew members, and ground personnel Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures Monitor flight, duty, and rest requirements (Part 121) Coordinate with ground crews for proper cargo loading and unloading Maintain situational awareness and assist in decision-making during flight Participate in training and ongoing professional development Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times
