As a Barre Instructor at Chelsea Piers Fitness, you’ll lead energetic, music-driven classes that sculpt, lengthen, and empower. You’ll thrive in a vibrant environment where movement meets artistry and where instructors are encouraged to bring their own personality and passion to every class. Compensation: $50 - $75 per hour, depending on experience Primary Responsibilities Teach engaging barre classes with emphasis on proper form, posture, and flow. Integrate ballet-inspired movement with functional strength and mobility work for all fitness levels. Maintain class energy while delivering precise, safe instruction. Motivate members through upbeat personality. Assist in promoting classes and community engagement events.
