Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed banquet bookings Handle walk-in and telephonic customer queries professionally Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients Conduct client meetings, property visits, and event planning discussions Collaborate with the operations team for smooth execution of events Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports Requirements Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience in banquet/catering/hospitality sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and customer service abilities Presentable, confident, and persuasive Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Fluency in Tamil and English
