INTERNSHIP (SUPPLY CHAIN/LOGISTICS)

We are looking for a internship to support the customer service department. Some of your main duties responsibilities: To assist Customer Service on order processing and prepare shipping documents (access to SAP and OTM platform) ensuring timely deliveries To handle, co-ordinate, supervise all procedures and documentation pertaining to shipments, including liaising with production, warehouse, freight forwarders and shipping liners To liaise with Importer, Exporter, Forwarders, Transporters, Custom Department and other government agencies relatedto shipping and other logistic requirement To assist Customer Service to apply Certificate of Origin (MITTI Local Chamber) To assist Customer Service to scan shipping documents into Open Text To assist on report all daily sales (Malaysia Origin) in MPOB website – EQ1 E-registration To assist on report all import transaction in monthly basis in MPOB - EQ3 To apply Schedule A C for Tax exemption
