Lead Data Analyst

Bally’s Media is looking for a Lead Analyst who loves digging into data and uncovering the story behind it. Our streaming platforms generate a huge amount of information about how fans watch, what they love, and what keeps them coming back. Your job? Turn all that data into insights that help us make smarter decisions about our products, programming, and strategy. This role isn’t just about building dashboards or tracking KPIs. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and excited to connect the dots. Someone who can look at the numbers, ask the right questions, and help the business understand not just what’s happening across our streaming platforms, but why.
