NOW HIRING: Accounting Clerk Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices accurately and timely. Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments. Prepare weekly payment batches. Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation. Accounts Receivable Apply customer payments. Assist with collections and account reconciliation. Process customer credits and deductions. Generate customer statements as needed. General Accounting Prepare journal entries. Reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end closing. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Assist with fixed asset recordkeeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Computer Skills Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word ERP software (Macola experience preferred) Adobe Acrobat Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Frequent use of a computer keyboard and monitor. Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout the manufacturing facility as needed.
