Deputy Chief of Party- Compliance, Operations and Grants Management

Creative Associates seeks a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)-Compliance, Operations and Grants Management for an upcoming USAID-funded program in Afghanistan focusing on integration of internally displaced people (IDPs), returnees, potentially former militia fighters, women and youth into the economy in rural and peri-urban areas of Afghanistan. The overall goal of the program is to increase jobs for target populations in rural and peri-urban areas. The DCOP supports the Chief of Party (COP), acts for the COP as needed, and carries out any other tasks assigned by the COP to ensure proper management of financial and operational activities of the Contract.
